He's cofounded multiple successful studios like Respawn Entertainment and helped launch billion-dollar IPs like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Apex Legends, as well as cult classics like Titanfall. Now, he's helping both fledgling studios and well-established franchises "find the fun."
